How to stir-fry onions

1.Chop green onions and ginger and set aside

2. Cut onions, green peppers and carrots into shreds and set aside

3.Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot, add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant

4.Add onion and carrot shreds and stir-fry evenly until cooked.

5.Add the green pepper at the end and continue to stir-fry evenly.After the green pepper changes color and breaks, add an appropriate amount of salt to taste and it is ready to serve
