Wheat starch (clear noodles) ( 150g ) | Corn starch ( 40g ) |
boiling water ( appropriate amount ) | Dumpling filling ( appropriate amount ) |
Clear oil ( 10 grams ) | Potatoes (or carrots) ( 1 piece ) |
How to make crystal dumplings

1. Prepare noodles and corn starch.

2.Pour the two ingredients into the basin and mix well.

3. Slowly add boiling water, the water temperature is not lower than 90 degrees, and add clear oil.

4. Knead into a smooth dough.

5.Cover with plastic bag.

6.Cover with another layer of wet cloth and let it sit for 15 minutes.
