Chives ( Adequate amount ) | Pork ( Appropriate amount ) |

How to make pot stickers and dumplings

1.Prepare chopped leeks, meat fillings, green onions, and dumpling powder

2. Put the meat filling in hot oil and stir-fry, then add chopped green onion.(Usually not fried, my husband doesn’t like to eat it that way)

3.After the meat filling is fried , pour in the leeks and mix evenly

4. Prepare the dumpling wrapper, add the dumpling filling, and pinch the center , leave both sides alone

Tips
Don’t overfill the dumplings, otherwise they will come out easily when fried.
