Ingredients
Fresh bamboo shoots (Two pieces) | Pork belly ( 400g span> ) |
Dumpling skin ( 500g ) | Garlic sprouts (appropriate amount) |
Salt ( 3 spoons ) | |
Sugar ( A little ) | Eggs ( 1 ) |
How to make fresh bamboo shoot dumplings

1.Peel fresh bamboo shoots

2.Slice and cut into shreds

3.Cook for about fifteen minutes, take out and drain

4. After cooling, add salt to remove some water

5.Pork belly slices

6.Put the cut pork belly into a food processor and blend into a puree

7.Add chopped garlic sprouts to the submerged bamboo shoots

8.Add cooking oil, pork belly, and a little sugar
