How to make dumplings stuffed with chives

1.Wash the leeks and drain the water.

2.Cut the leeks into small pieces and set aside

3.Wash the mushrooms, cut into pieces and set aside.

4. Chop the meat, leeks, mushrooms, eggs, salt and MSG and mix well and set aside..

5.Use ready-made dumpling wrappers, or you can protect the dumpling wrappers yourself.

6. Wrap the dumplings well.

Tips
Drain the leeks first.
Don’t add too much flavor to the meat filling.
Don’t boil the dumplings, otherwise they won’t taste good.
