Ingredients
Glutinous rice (appropriate amount) | Corn ( 1 ) |
Dry Shiitake mushrooms ( 5-6 pieces ) | Carrot ( Half ) |
Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Dark soy sauce ( Moderate amount ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Chicken essence ( appropriate amount ) |
Simplified version of Siomai

1. Take a group photo of all the main ingredients (the photo taken at night is not good-looking) Just wait and see) Soak the glutinous rice three or four hours in advance

2. Steam the glutinous rice in a pot

Tips
