Ingredients

How to make cabbage fried noodles

1. Boil water in a pot, add noodles and use chopsticks to loosen them up, and take them out after they are cooked.Set aside cold water.

2. Wash and shred the cabbage, cut the pork into thin slices, and chop the green onions.

3. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot, add the chopped green onion and saute until fragrant.

4. Add the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color.

5. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry quickly over high heat for about a minute.

7. Then add the noodles and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

Tips
The pork I used has a lot of fat, so I cut it into slices.If I use lean meat, cut it into shreds.
It is best to roll the noodles by hand, as the fried noodles will have a slightly different texture.
