Oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |

How to stir-fry pumpkin

1.Peel the pumpkin and cut into thin slices.

2. Slice the garlic.

3. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the garlic.

4.Put in the pumpkin slices again.

5. Stir fry quickly, add a little water and stir fry again.

6.Put a little vinegar, add an appropriate amount of salt, and stir-fry a few times.

Tips
1.If the slices are thin, be sure to stir-fry quickly to avoid burning the pan; 2.Add some vinegar when it is almost cooked to avoid frying the pumpkin noodles.
