How to make fried noodles

1. Knead the noodles with warm water. In order to make the noodles chewy, add Salt and flour, remember that the flour should not be too hard!

2. Roll the mixed dough into a dough cake two to three centimeters thick, and coat both sides Edible oil (raw oil), wrapped in plastic wrap and set aside.

3. Fry the eggs until they are cooked.Do not make the eggs too soft for the fried noodles.Cut the side dishes.Put oil in the pot.The more oil you use, the more slippery the noodles will be.When the oil is hot, add the meat and stir-fry, add pepper powder, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, and soy sauce enough at a time, and then add the chopped side vegetables.(No need to add soy sauce when stir-frying to keep the color of the vegetables bright) Finally add tomatoes.(Don't add the eggs yet) Stir fry until cooked, turn off the heat and start pulling out the dough pieces.Keep the dough pieces as small and thick as possible!

4.After the cooked noodles are cooked, remember not to cook them too soft.Pour cold water to cool, drain the water, (be sure to drain the water completely), pour it into the fried vegetables, add the eggs at the same time, stir-fry until the dough is heated through, and the seasoning is evenly distributed, and it is ready to serve!

5. Friends in the north who like spicy food can add some oil and spicy pepper, and the color will be delicious!
