How to make fried noodles with shredded pork

1. Steam the noodles in a steamer.After the water boils, steam for five minutes and drip a few drops on the noodles.Adding sesame oil makes it even more delicious!

2. Marinate the shredded pork with cooking wine for five minutes!

3.Bean sprouts and string beans, wash them carefully and boil them in boiling water until soft!

4.Put oil in the pot, add shredded pork and stir-fry until fragrant, add chopped green onion, green beans and bean sprouts.After the soy sauce is cooked, you can add some hot water!

Tips
Except for the above seasonings, I didn’t add any other salt.I think adding light soy sauce is enough.Different people can add salt and chicken essence according to their taste!
I added a little less vegetables.If you like vegetables, you can add more.For example, adding more beans will make it look better!
