Ingredients
Zucchini ( one ) | Ham ( Two roots ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( A little ) | Oil ( A little ) |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) | Dark soy sauce ( If you don’t like the dark color, don’t add it ) |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Vinegar ( I like sourness, so I put more ) |
Chicken juice ( You can omit it if you mind ) | Sesame oil ( a little ) |
How to make zucchini and ham fried noodles

1.Wash and slice zucchini for later use

2. Slice ham and set aside

3.Slices of green onion, ginger and garlic

4.Cook the noodles in cold water and set aside

5. Heat oil and fry both sides of ham until yellow, remove and set aside

6. Add the onion, ginger, and garlic and stir-fry until the zucchini becomes soft.Add the ham, seasonings, light soy sauce, and old Stir-fry chicken juice, vinegar and salt
