How to make fried noodles with fresh beans

1. Prepare the ingredients.Boil the edamame and soak in cold water.A pinch of salt.

2.Cut the pork into cubes, cut the green onions into long strips, and mince the ginger

3. Heat the pot and add oil.When the oil is hot, add diced pork, minced ginger, fresh edamame, shredded green onions and chopped soybean paste.Stir-fried with chili sauce

4. Boil the noodles in cold water, drain the water, and stir in the pot.saute.

Tips
1.Add salt to the cooked edamame to keep the color and cool the edamame.I personally don’t like the edamame that is too floury.2.Choose light-colored soybean paste so that the color of the fried noodles will be fresher.3.The noodles should be cooled and drained, otherwise they will easily become sticky
