Carrots ( A bowl ) | Onion( A bowl ) |
Cucumber( A bowl ) | Garlic ( 4~5 cloves ) |
Green onion ( One ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |

1. Prepare cooking ingredients, carrots, onions and cucumbers Cut into shreds and set aside.Cut green onion into small sections.Cut garlic into cubes and set aside.Set aside salt, thirteen spices and light soy sauce.

2. Heat the pot and add oil.

3. Add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant.

4.Add onions and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add shredded carrots, continue to stir-fry until cooked.

6.Add salt, thirteen spices, light soy sauce and cucumber shreds, stir-fry twice.

Tips
Prepare cooked noodles in advance: Boil the noodles first, then rinse them in cold water, then take them out and set aside.
