Chopped green onions (several sections) | Tomatoes (2 pieces ) |

How to cook noodles

1.Cut the onions, potatoes and green onions and prepare them

2. Boil water and cook noodles

3.After the noodles are cooked, rinse them with cold water

4.After the oil in the pot is hot, fry the eggs and put them into a bowl

5. Heat the onions again , stir-fry the potatoes first, then add the tomatoes, salt, MSG and soy sauce and stir-fry

6.After frying, pour the cooked noodles and eggs into the pot and stir-fry.I was only thinking about frying and forgot to take pictures.This is after frying
Tips
When frying the noodles, stir frequently, otherwise they will stick to the bottom of the pot.
