Eggplant: clear away heat
Ingredients
Eggplant ( 2 pieces ) | Dice of meat ( appropriate amount ) |
Minced ginger, minced green onion, minced garlic ( appropriate amount of each ) | Edible oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, allspice ( appropriate amount of each ) |
How to make vegetable buns

1.First prepare the steamed dough.Dice the eggplant and set aside.

2. Chop the ginger, onion and garlic into mince and dice the meat for later use

3. Heat oil in a pot, sauté minced onion and ginger until fragrant, pour in cooking wine, then add diced meat and saute until fragrant.Pour in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry until flavourful.

4.Pour into a basin with diced eggplants and mix well.Add allspice powder and salt in turn., sesame oil and minced garlic, mix well to taste and set aside

5. Start making the buns, then steam them Steam in pot for 15-20 minutes.

6. Take it out of the pot and let it warm before eating
Tips
Pair eggplant with meat to relieve greasiness, add garlic to enhance flavor
