How to make noodles with shiitake mushrooms and minced pork

1.Soak the mushrooms in water, squeeze out the water, slice the garlic, and cut it into mince.Pork fat and lean meat, cut separately, first dice and then chop into mince.Peel and shred the cucumber.

3. Thicken the starch with water. When the juice in the pot is almost reduced, add the mushrooms and fry again ( When I fried the mushrooms before, I added them in advance, which made the mushrooms taste too salty, so I recommend putting them here last.) Finally, add the starch-thickened water into the pot and wait until the juice solidifies before serving.

4.In the pot Boil the water and put in the noodles (I bought handmade noodles and just blanch them). When the water boils again, take out the noodles and put them in water until they cool down (if the noodles are too hot, the noodles will stick together and it will be inconvenient to stir when eating)

5.Finally, put the noodles on a plate, top with minced meat sauce and top with cucumber shreds and you are ready to eat

2.Put oil in the pot, first add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the fat pork and stir-fry until the fat turns golden, then add the lean meat and stir-fry until cooked, add salt, soy sauce, MSG, sugar, and then add the bean paste (I used Pixian Doubanjiang for the bean paste) If you like spicy food, you can add additional chili peppers) Stir-fry and add water to reduce the juice
