Ingredients
Noodles (thick or thin) ( Appropriate amount ) | Shredded green onions ( A small amount ) |
Shredded ginger ( A small amount ) | Garlic slices ( a small amount ) | Aniseed ( One ) | Light soy sauce ( one spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Half a spoon ) | White sugar ( Half a spoon ) |
chopped green onion ( a small amount ) | Cooking oil ( Half a small bowl ) |
How to make noodles with scallion oil

1. Prepare shredded onions, ginger, garlic slices and aniseed.

2.Pour half a small bowl of cooking oil into the pot (I used corn oil) , when the oil is hot and smoking over medium heat, add the auxiliary ingredients in Figure 1.

3.Put light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and half a spoonful of sugar in a bowl.

4.Add a spoonful of freshly fried scallion oil.

5.Add half a small bowl of cold boiled water and stir evenly.

6. Boil water and cook noodles.(Two minutes)

7.When the noodles are cooked, immediately put them in cold water and pass them through p>

8. Take the noodles out of the cold water and put them into the scallion sauce in the fifth picture.Add a little chopped green onion, mix it before eating, it tastes great!
Tips
Make the soup first and then cook the noodles so that the noodles are chewy and delicious.Since the thickness of the noodles is different, you have to control the cooking time yourself.
