How to make shredded vegetable radish meatballs

1.Green Wash, peel and shred radishes and carrots.Add one teaspoon of salt to the shredded green radish, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes to drain out excess moisture.

2. Remove the water from the pickled green radish and put it in a bowl with the carrot.

3. Break in two eggs, add a little salt and thirteen spices, and follow one direction Mix well.

Tips
Green radish has a lot of water, grate it and add salt to marinate it.Moisture.Carrots have little water content, so don’t use it.
