How to make cold yuba

1. Prepare the ingredients in the picture: dried yuba, shredded carrots, and green onions.

2. Break the yuba into small sections and soak it in cold water.

3. Boil water in a pot, add yuba and carrot shreds, and blanch them for about 3 minutes.

4.Put in a little salt to give it some flavor.

5. Take out the blanched yuba and carrot shreds and put them into a basin.

6.Add appropriate amount of green onions.

7. Pour in the sauce mixed with salt, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and sesame oil.

8. Stir evenly.

9.A healthy vegetarian dish, cold yuba is ready.
