Cucumber: low in protein
Ingredients
Cucumber ( 1 root ) | Cherry tomatoes ( 6 pieces ) |
Onion ( 15g ) | Xiangchou Fresh Soybean Paste ( Half Spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 tablespoon ) | Balamic vinegar ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Sesame oil ( 1 teaspoon ) | Chicken powder ( a little ) |
White sugar ( 1 teaspoon ) |
How to make refreshing cucumbers

1. Prepare the ingredients, fresh soybean paste, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.

2. Wash the cucumber, pat it with a knife, and cut it into pieces.

3.Wash the cherry tomatoes, remove the stems and cut them in half.

4. Cut the onion into shreds and set aside.

5. Prepare Xiangchou Fresh Soybean Sauce, add the chopped cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and onions.Place in a large bowl.

6.Add light soy sauce, vinegar, white sugar and appropriate amount of fragrant fresh soybean paste, then add the chicken Powder and sesame oil.

7. Stir together evenly.

8.A delicious and refreshing side dish of cold cucumber is ready.
Tips
The soybean paste itself is salty, so I didn’t add any salt.
