Chinese cabbage: low protein
Ingredients
Pak choi ( 500 grams ) | Garlic ( 3 small cloves ) |
Camellia oil ( appropriate amount ) | Salt ( half a spoon ) |
MSG ( a little ) | peppercorns ( a little ) |
How to make stir-fried cabbage

1.Wash the bok choy and set aside.

2. Prepare the following ingredients: peppercorns, garlic, camellia oil, salt, MSG.

3. Cut the washed cabbage in half.

4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil.

5. Add the chopped cabbage and blanch it.(Add a little salt and cooking oil when blanching).

6. Take it out and put it in cold water to cool down.

Tips
Blanch the washed cabbage in boiling water.(Add some salt and cooking oil when blanching:) The blanched cabbage is exceptionally green.
