Cooking wine ( Two spoons ) | Soy sauce ( a spoonful ) |
Soybean paste ( Three spoons ) |
How to make dry noodles

1. Wash and peel carrots, onions and potatoes.

2.Cut into small strips.

3. Cook the noodles in boiling water and salt.

4.Dry and put on a plate.

5. Heat a dry pan, add cooking oil and heat for 7 minutes, add onions and stir-fry until fragrant.Pour in carrots and shredded potatoes.Add a little salt, pour in cooking wine and soy sauce and cook until halfway cooked.Finally add soybean paste and stir-fry evenly.When hot, pour over the noodles.Add chives to garnish.
Tips
It's familiar in person.If the noodles are wet, you can add a little boiling water to the stir-fry.
