Soybeans: detoxification
Ingredients
Glutinous rice flour ( 500g ) | Soybeans ( 100g ) |
Pumpkin ( 40g ) | Spinach ( 50g ) |
Purple sweet potato ( 40g ) | Small tomatoes ( 40g ) |
Dragon fruit ( appropriate amount ) | Kiwi ( appropriate amount ) |
Cherry tomatoes ( 40 ) |
How to make bean-flavored fruit dumplings

1.Soak soybeans overnight and rinse.

2.Put it into the soy milk machine.

3.Select the function to make soy milk.

4. Drain the soy milk residue and set aside the soy milk.

5. Remove the stems of small tomatoes, wash them and cut them into small pieces.
