Home version of fried rice noodles

1.Prepare the ingredients
①Soak 2 pieces of rice noodles in cold water until soft and loose, then pour out the cold water and add cooking oil and stir well②Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add 1 gram of salt and 3 drops of white vinegar and stir evenly
③Peel and shred the cucumber
