How to make rainbow wontons

1.Use a food processor to squeeze spinach, purple cabbage and carrots into juice.Spinach can be blanched and then juiced.

2. Divide the flour into five even portions, add warm water to two of them, and knead until smooth of the original color dough, add spinach, purple cabbage and carrot juice to the remaining three portions and knead into a colored dough, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 30 minutes.

3. Make the filling: mince the pork and add the green onion and ginger.

4. Continue to chop into minced meat.

5.Put the minced meat into the container, add cooking oil, cooking wine, and light soy sauce , stir the pepper powder, salt, chicken essence and sesame oil in one direction.

6. Chop the carrots and soaked mushrooms and add them to the mixed meat filling.

7. Mix well and set aside.

8.Take an appropriate amount of dough and roll it into a thick dough sheet of about 0.8 cm, according to the white and green , purple, yellow, and then white are superimposed in sequence.(The top and bottom are both white!)

9.Cut off the excess edges so that It becomes a square.

10. Cut a strip of dough about 1.5 cm wide from one side.

11. Turn the colored side up and use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin sheet.

12. Cut into square wonton wrappers.

13.Take a wonton wrapper and put appropriate amount of filling in the middle.

14. Fold in half from bottom to top and pinch the edges.

15.Pinch the bottom two corners together and the wontons will be wrapped.

16. Wrap all the wontons in turn.

Tips
Because the juicers are different, the water content of the extracted vegetable juice is also different.Please add it to the flour to knead the dough.If there is any leftover vegetable juice, it can also be used to make noodles or dumplings.
