How to make seaweed wontons

1. Flour Add 100g of water and mix.

2.Knead into a dough, let it rest for five minutes and knead into a smooth dough.

3. Prepare the fillings.

4. Cut the meat into cubes and put the onion, ginger and carrot into a food processor and smash.

5.Add oil, soy sauce, pepper powder, oyster sauce, MSG and salt to taste.

6. Mix the meat filling in one direction.

7. Roll the woke dough into dough.

8.Cut into square pieces.

9. Place the meat filling slightly below the dough.

10. Fold the bottom up to 1/3 of the way.

11.Pinch the bottom two corners together.

12. All wrapped up.

13. Boil water in a soup pot, add wontons, and stir in one direction to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

14. After the water boils again, add the seaweed.

15. Add shrimp skin powder and salt to taste.
