How to make fried wontons

1.Prepare a wonton.(I used the mixed dumplings that had been wrapped and frozen in the refrigerator before)

2.Put the wontons in Place in the pan, spacing the wontons apart to avoid sticking together.Pour an appropriate amount of warm water along the edge of the pot until about a quarter of the wontons are covered.

3.Cover the lid, turn to medium-low heat and simmer slowly.

4. When the water is simmered and the wontons are basically cooked, open the lid at this time Pour in an appropriate amount of oil, pick up the handle of the pot and turn the pot several times to coat each wonton evenly with oil.

5. Fry one side until golden brown, then use chopsticks to flip it and start frying the other side.Fry over low heat throughout.Serve until golden brown on both sides.

6. Put it into a plate, and then dip it into the garlic chili sauce and dumpling vinegar seasoning.Delicious!
