Ingredients
Meat ( 100g ) | Noodles ( 100g ) | |
Minced green onion ( Adequate amount ) | Minced ginger ( Adequate amount ) | div> |
Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) | |
Salt ( Adequate amount ) | Chicken essence ( Appropriate amount ) | |
Carrot ( Appropriate amount ) | Red and green peppers ( Half each ) | |
Cilantro ( One ) | Starch (appropriate amount) |

1.Wash the meat and set aside.

2. Wash red and green peppers and set aside.

3.Chop the meat into fine pieces.

4.Chop red and green peppers.

5. Chop onions and ginger, cut carrots into small dices, and cut coriander into sections.

6. Heat the pot and add green onion and minced ginger.Fry until fragrant.

7. Then add the minced meat and continue to stir-fry.

8. Add red and green peppers.Continue to stir-fry.

9. Add diced carrots.Continue to stir-fry.

10. Then add appropriate amount of water and simmer for more than 10 minutes.

11. Pour a little wet starch to thicken the sauce before serving, and add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

12. After the noodles are cooked, cover them with cold water and put them in a bowl.(My noodles are soba noodles!)

13.Put a layer of meat marinade on top, and put it on Garnish with some cilantro.
