How to make Braised Rice with Sausage and Mixed Vegetables

1. Rinse 2 cups of rice, add water to the 3 cups rice mark, and soak the rice for 20 minutes.

2.Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into small pieces respectively.

3. Wrap the edamame, cut the sausage into small slices, and set aside the ginger and garlic ingredients.

Tips
The amount of water added to the stewed rice is very important.I used 2 cups of rice, and the amount of water added was the same as 3 cups of rice.If you want to eat crispy rice, then add the normal amount of water.
