How to make potato braised rice

1.Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces, wash the rice.

2. Dice the mushrooms, chicken, carrots and onions, and mince the green onions and ginger.(Dried mushrooms have been soaked in advance)

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and heat it up.

4. Add chicken and stir-fry.

5. When the chicken changes color, add the green onions, ginger and onions and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the potatoes, mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry for one minute.

Tips
1.Because the salty taste is just right after adding oil and light soy sauce, I didn’t add any salt.2.All ingredients can be replaced with ingredients you like and added at will.
