How to make potato stewed rice

1.First wash the rice Clean, add water and soak for 20 minutes.(The water level is the same as usual for cooking rice)

Tips
1.The sauce is salty, so don’t add salt when adding salt.
2.Take out the ginger and garlic slices after sauteing until fragrant, otherwise it will feel weird when you eat them

4.If you don’t like onions, you don’t need to add chopped green onions at the end
