Ingredients
Potato ( 1 ) | Carrot ( 1 root ) |
Chinese sausage ( 1 and a half ) | Dried tofu ( 4 small pieces ) |
Onion ( small half ) | Rice ( 2.5 measuring cup ) |
Light soy sauce ( 4 spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) |
Oyster sauce ( 1 and a half spoons ) | Salt ( 2 spoons ) |
Oil ( 5 spoons ) |
Recipe for nutritious assorted braised rice

1. Wash the rice and put it into the electric pressure cooker, add purified water and set aside (the ratio is 2.5 cups of rice to 4 cups water).

2. Dice potatoes, carrots, onions, dried tofu, and sausages respectively and set aside.

3. Prepare the following required seasonings.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and stir-fry until fragrant, until translucent.

5.Add in diced Chinese sausage and stir-fry until the oil in the sausage becomes fragrant.

6.Pour in diced potatoes, diced carrots, and dried tofu and continue to stir-fry.

7.Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt in turn, season and color.Continue to stir-fry until all ingredients are half cooked.

8.Pour the fried ingredients into the electric pressure cooker.

9. Simply stir the fried ingredients and rice, cover the pot and press Cooking button.

10. After the cooking mode ends, turn off the power, open the pot lid, and stir the food evenly , the fragrant and nutritious assorted rice is ready to be cooked!
Tips
1.Use a little more oil than usual when cooking, so that the cooked rice will be shiny and fragrant.
2.The ratio of rice to water is 2.5:4.Personally, I think the rice is moderately soft and hard.You can adjust the ratio according to your own habits.
