Ingredients
Rice (a bowl) | Cooked chicken drumstick (one span> ) |
Potato ( one ) | Carrot ( Half root ) |
Onions ( Moderate amount ) | Organic cauliflower ( 3-5 flowers ) |
Corn oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( Appropriate amount ) |
Starch (appropriate amount) | Pepper powder ( a little ) |
| Oyster sauce ( half spoon ) | Light soy sauce ( Half spoon ) |
Black sesame seeds ( A little ) |
How to make chicken drumsticks with rice

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Cut chicken legs into cubes, dice carrots, potatoes and onions.

3. Boil water in a pot to blanch the cauliflower, remove and drain and set aside.

4. Heat oil in the pot, add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry for a while.

5. Add the chicken thigh pieces and stir-fry for a while.

6.Add seasoning to taste.

7.Add water and simmer.

8.Put the rice upside down on the plate and arrange the cauliflower.

9.After about 10 minutes, when the soup becomes thicker, add onion cubes and stir-fry briefly.

10. Thicken the gravy with water starch and remove from the pot.

11.Pour over rice and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Tips
1.Because I happen to have a cooked chicken leg, I can make it with cooked chicken leg or raw chicken leg.
