How to make classic spaghetti bolognese

1.Carrots, onions, diced and set aside

2.Cut lunch meat (or sausage) into cubes and mince beef (or pork belly)

3.Chop tomatoes, try to choose ripe tomatoes

4.Bring the pot to a boil, pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, and heat it up

5.Down Add minced meat and stir-fry

6.Add an appropriate amount of very fresh flavor (a small amount is enough) and continue Stir-fry

7.Add diced carrots and diced onions

8.Add luncheon meat

9.Add tomatoes

10. Add an appropriate amount of spaghetti sauce (available in supermarkets, ordinary one is fine, you can also use tomato sauce instead, personally think spaghetti sauce is more delicious)

11.Add appropriate amount of sugar, pepper, and stir Stir fry and the sauce will look like the above

12. Boil water and let it go Add the pasta, add a little salt, and serve in about fifteen minutes

13.Mix the sauce and noodles together, it will look like this~

14.Dang-dang-dang ~ delicious pasta is out of the pot! Add some green vegetables and sprinkle with some black pepper for even better taste!
Tips
Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces to make the sauce thicker and more flavorful, especially tomatoes.Keep the heat low when stir-frying (dishes cooked under high heat tend to burn the pot and the soup tends to dry out).Try not to add water to the sauce, and add an appropriate amount of white sugar according to personal taste.Using olive oil will make it more fragrant and not greasy.Spread it out when adding noodles to prevent them from sticking together. The pasta will not cook easily. If you make it for the first time, you can try it after ten minutes to see if it is cooked before taking it out..(Adding colored peppers into the sauce tastes better and the color is more beautiful! I don’t have any at home, so I didn’t add it~)
