| Light soy sauce ( 1 medium spoon ) | Edible oil ( appropriate amount ) |

How to stir-fry king oyster mushrooms with carrots

1. Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into diamond-shaped slices for later use.

2.Peel and wash the carrots, cut into diamond-shaped slices and set aside

3.Prepare chopped green onions, minced garlic, and green and red peppers

4.Pour appropriate amount of water into the pot, add a little salt and oil and bring to a boil

5.Add carrots and king oyster mushrooms, mix well and boil until raw, remove and set aside

6.Heat the oil again, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant

7.Add king oyster mushrooms, a little salt, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce
8.Add green and red chili peppers and stir-fry evenly until the flavor is absorbed

Tips
When blanching the king oyster mushrooms, boil them until they are raw.If they are overcooked, they will not look good, and frying them will affect the taste.
