How to make Sichuan sesame cold noodles (for three people)

1. Boil water, cook noodles, be careful not to cover them, just cut them off

2.Pick out the cooked noodles, spread them on the chopping board, add three spoons of sesame oil, mix well, and blow with an electric fan to cool , the cattail fan I used was not very effective and the noodles were a bit sticky

3.Make sesame sauce with light soy sauce into a paste, add some dark soy sauce for color, then add sugar or xylitol, mustard oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt, until it becomes a sweet paste, sprinkle with some white sesame seeds

5.Pre-made Sichuan chili oil

6.Cut the cucumber into shreds

7. Mix noodles, cucumber shreds, sauce and chili oil together
