Sesame sauce cold noodles Recipe

1. Boil water and eat what you like Cut, wash and blanch the vegetables.I used chrysanthemum, romaine lettuce and lettuce.

2. After the vegetables are cooked, take them out and control the water.Change the water in the pot and add some salt to cook the noodles., I won’t take pictures of this. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the sauce.Put the sesame paste, granulated peanut butter, salt, sugar and light soy garlic paste into a bowl, add a little cold boiled water and mix thoroughly, not too thin, not too thick, mix it yourself.

3. After the noodles are cooked, take them out.If you want to eat them cold, pour cold water into them.If it's warm, use half hot and half cold water to run over the noodles and remove the water. Then put the blanched vegetables on top, top with the prepared sauce and you’re ready to eat!

4. If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil and sesame oil, and serve with spicy cabbage or Kimchi is more delicious~
Tips
What I cook is completely vegetarian, which is relatively simple and convenient.Everyone is free to eat whatever you like, such as enoki mushrooms, tofu skin, yuba meatballs, sausages, konjac beef rolls, lamb rolls, etc. Then pour some hot soup and it will become hot pot noodles. It is best to separate all the meat and vegetables.Cook it and take it out.Do not cook it in one pot. This will reduce the intake of purine and is healthier.
