Ingredients
Glutinous rice ( 100g ) | Fried dough sticks ( 1 to 2 pieces ) |
Black sesame seeds ( 30g ) | White marshmallow ( 30g ) |
How to make glutinous rice, fried dough sticks and glutinous rice balls

1.Wash the glutinous rice.

2.Put it into the rice cooker and add water to cover your fingers.

3. Soak for seven hours and steam until cooked.I use the rice cooker to set the seven-hour quick cooking mode.

4. Take the steamed glutinous rice out of the rice cooker and set aside.

5.Pour black sesame powder and white marshmallow into the plate.

6.Mix evenly and set aside.

7.Take a fried dough stick.

8.Cut into small pieces according to your preference.

9.Take a piece of gauze, soak it in cold boiled water, pinch dry and spread it out.

10.Take out an appropriate amount of glutinous rice.

13. Roll up and pinch tightly.

14.Open Shabu.

15. Take out the glutinous rice roll and put it on the sesame plate.

17. Done.

Tips
The gauze used to wrap the glutinous rice must be wet, otherwise it will stick to your hands.When spreading the glutinous rice with a spoon, you should also dip it in cold water to avoid sticking to the spoon.
