Glutinous rice ( 80g ) | Cheese ( 20g ) |
Pork floss ( 20 Grams ) | Rice ( 20 grams ) |

How to make cheese and meat floss rice balls

1. Prepare glutinous rice and black rice.

2. Wash all the ingredients and soak them for about three hours.

3. Drain the water and mix evenly.

4. Then pour the soaked rice into the steamer, which should be covered with drawer cloth in advance , spread the rice flat, bring to a boil over high heat and then steam for 20 minutes.

5.Stand the steamed rice warm.Take a piece of plastic wrap and spread the rice evenly on it.(Just like making dumplings, use rice as the skin)

6.Put in mozzarella cheese.

7.Put some more meat floss and press the filling with your hands.

8. Then wrap the rice ball with plastic wrap and form it into a ball, wrapping it as tightly as possible some, and then flatten it gently.

9.Remove the plastic wrap and do it in order.

10. Brush the pan with a little cooking oil and put the rice balls.

11. Fry over low heat until both sides are set and serve.

12. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with meat floss.
