Bulk seaweed ( piece ) | Bulk cooked rice ( half bowl ) |
Changbaishan mineral water ( half bottle ) | Bulk chopped green onion ( appropriate amount ) |
Bulk glutinous rice flour ( three spoons ) |
How to make seaweed rice balls

1. Prepare ingredients.

2.Wash the seaweed and soak it in water for five minutes.

3.After five minutes, put it in a basin and cook for ten minutes.

4.After ten minutes, drain the water and set it aside to cool.

5.Put the cooked rice and cooked seaweed in a large bowl and stir well.

6.Put a little glutinous rice flour into the bowl and mix well.

7.Put it into a pot and steam for ten minutes.

8.Ten minutes later, bring out the seaweed rice.

9. Then knead the steamed seaweed rice into a ball and put it on the plate.

10. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve on a plate.
Tips
Do not stir when cooking seaweed, just cook it naturally so that there will be no peculiar smell.
