
Ingredients
Black fungus ( 250g ) | Onion ( 50g ) |
Four ( 5 grams ) | Oil ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Sugar ( 5 grams ) |
Water ( 1 tablespoon ) |
How to cook black fungus with green onions

1.Tear fresh black fungus into small pieces.

2. Add flour to the water to clean out the impurities in the gaps.

3. Cut the green onions into sections, and prepare appropriate amounts of light soy sauce and white sugar.

4. Boil a pot of water and blanch the fungus for about 3 minutes.

5. Remove, drain and set aside.

6. Heat the oil in the pot, add the scallions to boil out the scallion oil, add the soy sauce and white sugar to the pot.
