Dragon fruit peel ( one ) | Flour( 200g ) |
Jujube( Appropriate amount ) | raisins ( Appropriate amount ) |
Soft white sugar ( one spoonful ) | Small bag of Angel Yeast ( Half bag ) |
Baking soda ( half a spoon ) |

1.Remove the leaves from the pitaya peel, wash it and put it in a container.

2.Add a little cold boiled water into a food processor and blend into puree.

3.Pour the dragon fruit puree into the container.

4.Add appropriate amount of flour, angel yeast, baking soda or baking powder, and white sugar.

5.Add warm water and stir.

6. Knead the dough evenly.

7. Brush the container with cooking oil, I used olive oil.Avoid steaming and sticking to the pan.

8. Flatten the dough and wait for it to rise.

9. Place the lid on the steamer and let it rise for two hours.

10.The dough is ready.

11. Wash and remove jujubes, soak and wash raisins.

12.Decorate it.

13.Steam in a steamer for 30 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for five minutes.

14. When cooked, the color will fade after high temperature.
