Flour ( 250G ) | Cornmeal( 50G ) |
Milk( 180G ) | Soft white sugar ( 20G ) |
Yeast ( 3G ) |
How to make cake

1. Pour the yeast into the milk, heat it slightly, stir until the yeast melts, and soak the raisins in water

2.Add flour and sugar and stir evenly

3. Pour the yeast water Add cornmeal and stir evenly

4.Pour the cornmeal yeast water into the flour and knead it into a ball

5.Put the cloth in the round steamer and put the dough in to start fermentation

6.After the dough has risen until doubled in size, sprinkle with raisins

7.After the steamer is boiled, put the dough into the steamer and heat it for 30 minutes

8.Take out of the pot, tear open the drawer cloth and cut into pieces
