How to make cornmeal cake

1. Prepare the required ingredients.

2. Mix corn flour and white flour with appropriate amount of warm water (about 40 degrees) and stir into a paste.Leave for 24 hours.

3.Add baking soda, stir evenly, and let it sit for a quarter of an hour.

4. After the water in the steamer boils, pour the batter onto the drawer cloth.

Tips
If you are in a hurry, you can also try adding yeast for fermentation, but I have not tried it.
