How to stir-fry vermicelli with spinach and bean sprouts

1.Prepare the ingredients, remove the roots of spinach and soybean sprouts and wash them, cut the spinach into two sections, cut the carrots into shreds, soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft and set aside

2. Boil water in a pot, add a spoonful of salt to the water, blanch the spinach for 1 minute and take it out
