How to make rose rolls
1. Mix the baking powder with a little warm water (about 35 degrees), pour it into a container with flour, add sugar, add boiling water, stir, knead into a smooth dough as shown, and ferment for half an hour

2. Cut the fermented dough into several small doughs and use a rolling pin to roll them into small round slices as shown.Stack it up at a time, starting from the bottom one, and use a little force to prevent it from falling apart

3.Finally cut it in half with a knife and leave it for another 5-15 minutes, then put it in a steamer, steam it with cold water over high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and leave it for five minutes before opening the lid
Tips
Wrap several pieces in plastic wrap or plastic bags during fermentation up, otherwise the surface will become hard.It is best to keep the temperature around 30 degrees to speed up fermentation
