How to make small pot Yunnan Cross-Bridge Rice Noodles

1. Cut the tofu into small cubes, cut the leeks into small sections, blanch the bean sprouts, and set aside the pickled pickled pickled vegetables bought in the supermarket.(You can also add other vegetables according to personal taste)

2.Add a spoonful of minced meat Marinate with cooking wine and a spoonful of soy sauce for 15 minutes.
