How to make scallion oil rice noodles

1. Prepare green onions and rice noodles.

2.After the water boils, pour in the rice noodles and cook.Cook for about 8 minutes and simmer for three minutes.

3. Wash the shallots and absorb the water with kitchen paper, cut them into sections, and cut them into smaller pieces.Appropriate amount of green onions.

4. Heat the oil in the pot, add the green onions and fry until brown.Use low heat throughout the process to prevent oil splashing.
