How to braised rice noodles with small potatoes

1. Soak the rice noodles in advance (I soaked them the night before), and cut the potatoes in half , garlic, ginger and star anise are ready

2.Materials are ready

3. Heat the pot, add oil, turn to low heat and add seasonings

4.Saute the sauce until fragrant, add the potatoes and stir-fry for a while

5.Put cold water over the potatoes

6. Boil water, add a little salt, and add rice noodles

7. Cover the pot, Turn to medium-low heat and simmer until water dries up.I don't like it to be too dry, leaving a little bit of soup.I didn’t add any soy sauce, but it still had color when it came out of the pan.My kids and I both think it tastes good!
