Ingredients
Noodles ( 1 catty ) | lentils ( 1 catty ) |
Pork ( half a catty ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Soy sauce ( appropriate amount ) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
Chicken essence ( Adequate amount ) | Onions ( appropriate amount ) |
Ginger ( appropriate amount ) | Garlic ( appropriate amount ) | Cooking wine (appropriate amount) |
How to make homemade noodles

1.Remove tendons and break lentils into sections, slice meat, mince green onions, ginger and garlic
2.Put oil into the pot and stir-fry the meat

3.Saute until it changes color and add cooking wine

4.Add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

5.Add soy sauce
6.Pour in lentils and stir-fry

7. Add salt and stir Stir-fried

8.Add water and level with lentils

Tips
It looks very fragrant.Don't add too much salt when seasoning the lentils because the soup has penetrated into the noodles, so the salt is about the same as usual cooking.If using pork belly is more fragrant, if you like the flavor of star anise, you can add one.
